The module contains two main parts: The first one is used to send files from the organization to external users that are outside the network. The system can send large volume files via a personal folder in the company’s network, available also for organization users. The files are compressed into a ZIP file that is sent securely to the user’s inbox. The second part is used by external users to upload large volume files to the company in a secure manner. The files are moved securely to a folder on the organization’s network defined to the user.
